1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the krlkya platform ("krlkya", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "player", "member"). By using the website https://krlkya.cam or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

To open an account at krlkya, you must provide a valid email address, phone number and the required personal details. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

Account rules:

  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
  • Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
  • krlkya may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time as needed.

Identity Verification

To verify your account, we may request the following documents:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when depositing funds at krlkya:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method you used to deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals will not begin until any active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
  • In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, the authority reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal.
krlkya does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms

krlkya offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply for this bonus:

  • A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
  • Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳12,000 and you get a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
  • The bonus offer applies once only and one welcome bonus is given per account.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus credits are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • krlkya reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Misuse of bonuses (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus misuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and suspended.
  • Each promotion has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

6. Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

  • Every bet is considered final once confirmed and cannot generally be cancelled.
  • For bets that are uncertain due to technical errors, the decision of krlkya's authority is final.
  • Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and all results are impartial.
  • If the network connection is lost, no bet will be cancelled — the state of the game will be saved on the server.
  • If you notice any error or irregularity in a game, notify the support team immediately.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Creating an account using false or misleading information.
  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Misuse of the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
  • Hacking, phishing or other cyber criminal activities.
  • Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
  • Harassing or threatening other users.
  • Attempting to introduce harmful software into the platform.
For any prohibited activity, the authority may permanently terminate an account without notice and confiscate funds.

  • Wishing to close the account at your own request.

Any remaining bonus funds in an account cancelled due to a terms and conditions violation may be forfeited. However, legitimately earned cash funds will be returned once verification is complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

krlkya is not liable for the following:

  • Software or hardware issues with your device.
  • Login credentials being stolen due to your own negligence.
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • Service interruption due to uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, etc.

The krlkya platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

12. Changes to Terms

krlkya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

  • The updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
  • Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
